A framework for applying technology to learning

On the surface, this article addresses technology in education, but in reality it is about people's lives. The future is not about technology but about people who will need higher interpersonal relationship skills, collaboration skills and lifelong learning skills to be able to adapt in a rapidly changing world. While it may appear to be an oxymoron, technology will play a key role in helping people achieve these skills. Technology will not replace the teacher but rather be a tool that enables teachers to concentrate on the more important human elements of education, the parts that technology will never replace.
