Correlation reconstructed spine and time relaxation spatial distribution of atomic systems in MRI

Mathematical model for reconstruction of the relaxation times weighted magnetic resonance images is proposed. The initial date is experimentally estimated from MRI proton density images. Reconstruction of the medical images for the inversion-recovery pulse sequence is considered. The optimal pulse sequence parameters and the interdependence of spin density and spin — lattice was found. Interrelations of spine density and the time of spine-spine relaxation are calculated with using of the correlation coefficient. The estimated parameters value allows tissue state description and disease identification better then proton density. The results have special significance for diagnostics of illnesses caused by complex biochemical changes in tissues.
