Message from the general chair IEEE ICCIC 2013

I am delighted to welcome you all to the Fourth edition of IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Computing Research (2013 ICCIC) being held at Vickram College of Engineering, Madurai, India. ICCIC was conceived as an annual International Conference being organized by IEEE Podhigai Subsection slated to be organized in the month of December in every year since 2010, and we are here during 26–28 December 2013.
