Optimizing credit loaning decisions of a capital-constrained and risk-averse retailer

This paper investigates inventory decisions and optimization for a capital-constrained retailer with risk-averse in relation to credit loaning. The inventory decision models of a capital-constrained retailer under circumstances of no credit loaning and credit loaning are developed. In addition, we conduct a comparative analysis of inventory decisions and derive credit loaning conditions for retailers.
