Intelligent Human Resource Planning System in a Large Petrochemical Enterprise

Here, agent-based modeling and simulation is used to evaluate human resource strategies that assist with human resource planning. Specifically, the focus is on recruitment and promotion planning, to demonstrate that decision support can be facilitated by an artificial human resource system.
