Common mode current calculation in a driver stage for power semiconductor modules

This paper deals with the calculation of the common mode current at the input power supply of a driver board for power semiconductor modules. Applying a proven method for main power circuit to the driver stage, calculations are successfully compared with measurements and lead to an aerospace compliant filter design.
