Color temperature and its relation to the quality of light

presented before the Illuminating Engineering Society in October 1921 at Rochester, the subject of color temperature and its relation to the quality of the emitted light for a number of different light sources was discussed. There it was shown that by the use of the color temperature of a light source a number is given which expresses the quality of the light of those sources to which the method applies.
