Common software platform for realizing a strategy for introducing the TMN

Software platform techniques have been developed for establishing telecommunication management networks. These techniques are implemented in a TMN common software platform and in an operation service creation tool for a new creating communication node systems. This tool produces methods implemented in operations systems (OSs) and network elements (NEs), achieving totally automatic software creation of operational functions. It also produces specifications for the reference points in the OSs and NEs.
