Re-engineering of the public health care services-using telemedicine applications

The re-engineering of the public health care services can be done with the help of improved usage of telecommunication and information technology. This paper determines the problems related to the health care re-engineering and proposes a virtual seamless care concept to solve them. The paper also introduces a telemedicine centre of excellence.
