Business process reengineering: a systematic approach to link business strategy and technology strategies

This paper discusses the inter-relationship between strategic planning, business process reengineering (BPR) and the management of technology. Using BPR as an intermediary approach, an IDEFO model is illustrated to link business strategy and technology strategies in a firm.
