Evaluation of a 1 /spl mu/m standard CMOS digital technology for mixed-mode applications

The goal of this work is to study the possibility of integrating analog circuits using a standard CMOS digital process. Bipolar transistors and capacitors have been integrated, characterized and modelled for mixed mode applications. Matching properties of MOSFET transistors have also been studied.
