Application of statistical process control (SPC) software in total quality improvement (TQI)

This paper discusses in general the different charts and diagrams that can be performed on the SPC-PC software. These are: the attribute chart, pareto chart, process capability chart, scatter diagram, run charts, individual-X and moving range charts, X-bar and range chart, and X-bar and sigma charts.
