Getting engineers to write

Engineers can benefit financially by writing articles for trade journals if their companies offer incentives. Raytheon's Semiconductor Division addressed the problem of appropriate incentives, to the benefit of the engineers and the company. Raytheon engineers at this division can earn a significant amount of money for each article published in a trade journal.
