System architecture of lower layer for the wireless-mobile-ATM integration

The author proposes a new architecture to implement the underlying wireless link for the integration of wireless networks and ATM networks. The introduction of the wireless cell format as well as the frame structure, etc. brightens the implementation of this wireless-mobile-ATM integrated networks. Other relative aspects are also included.
