Welcome Message from the General Chairs of ICDH 2012

The 4th International Conference on Digital Home (ICDH'2012), was held in Guangzhou, China, 23-25 November, 2012. ICDH has become a premier international conference in the areas related to digital-home technologies, aiming at bringing together researchers and practitioners working on these areas to present and to discuss emerging ideas and trends in this highly challenging research field. ICDH’2012, with the theme of "Digital Home, Smart Life," has attracted many high-quality research papers which highlight the foundational work that strives to push beyond limits of existing technologies, including experimental efforts, innovative systems, and investigations that identify the challenges in the existing methods and technologies.
