Research on Enhancement of the Service Outsourcing Enterprises' Innovation Ability Based on the Absorption Capacity

The absorptive capacity is a key factor to enhance the impact of service outsourcing enterprises' innovation ability. This paper analyzes the innovation capability of service outsourcing enterprises the necessity of absorptive capacity and service outsourcing innovation capability, the establishment of a model based on the enhancement of the absorptive capacity of the service outsourcing enterprises' innovation ability, and in order to service outsourcing enterprises innovation capability provides some feasible proposals. These provide guidance for the development of China's service outsourcing industry.
