Corrections to "Forecasting Depression in Bipolar Disorder" [Oct 12 2801-2807]

In the above titled paper (ibid., vol. 59, no. 10, pp. 2801-2807, Oct. 2012), there were errors in equation (1) and in some parts of the text. Corrections are presented here.
