Yevgeniy Viktorovich Kolbasyev — A naval officer, an originator and a pioner of implementation of telephone communication on the ships of the Russian Navy (to the 150th anniversary)

Activities of a naval officer, an initiator and a pioneer of implementation of telephone communication onboard the ships of the Russian Navy, Yegeniy Viktorovich Kolbasyev (1862–1920), are considered. Two periods of activities of Ye. V. Kolbasyev are separated for Kronstadt and Sevastopol.
