The use of learning technology (methods and processes) in order to achieve the goal of technical education

The use of leading-edge learning technology to rapidly upgrade competence in technical fields is considered. The author highlights the question of how the latest technology in learning methods is used to speed up the development of technical skills. Examples of methods and processes are computers, instructional television, and organizational development. The implementation examples used are from the electrical engineering discipline.
