On the application of multimedia and network in developing learners' written English competence

This paper firstly overviews the advantages of the application of multimedia and network in English writing teaching. Based on the discussion on the implication of written English competence, the author suggests 4 effective ways to put multimedia and network into efficient use in developing learners' written English competence.
