Guest Editorial—ISCAS 2011 Special Issue

The seven selected papers from the 2011 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS 2011) cover the topics of electrophysiological recording systems, lab-on-chip systems, biomedical signal processing architectures and spiking neural network systems. ISCAS 2011 was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from May 15-18, 2011.
