Performace evaluation of relative positioning based on low-cost GPS and VANET

For the safe driver assistance systems, relative positioning technology is the most important research area. However, most researches are based on expensive DGPS technology ($10,000∼) therefore the relative positioning system is only experimented in laboratory level.
