An Improved AHP-Based Evaluation Study on the Investment Risk of Venture Capital Company

The venture capital generally faces high risk. This paper establishes an index system for evaluating the investment risk of venture capital companies from five dimensions, including technological risk, market risk, management risk, environmental risk and exit risk. It also decides the weights of evaluation indexes with improved AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), which is easy to operate and improves the similar degree between the computed result of indexes' weights and experts' expected result.
