Terahertz coherent control of a quantum Hall system: Kohn's theorem in the coherent regime

Coherent control of cyclotron resonance in a quantum Hall system is demonstrated using a sequence of THz pulses. There is no signature of electron-electron interactions, generalizing Kohn's theorem to the level of coherent dynamics.
