Board concept, developed by Schweizer Electronic was investigated for automotive application. With this technology a bare die micro processor (231 interconnects) was embedded into a PCB test board for a transmission control unit (TCU) from Continental. Behalf the embedding of inductivity sophisticated material developments on novel ferrite materials were done.
