Communication platform for service operations systems in advanced intelligent network

We identify the requirements for a communication platform of service operations systems and then present a methodology for achieving them based on our experience in an advanced intelligent network. We also analyze the Internet technologies and develop a methodology for incorporating the Web-based management into the TMN framework.
