Computational fluid dynamics-based simulation of optimal design in power plant flue gas denitrification

The research is based on turning vanes in Selective Catalytic Reduction Denitrification Reactor of 600MW power plant, using Fluent to simulate four different shapes of turning vanes. The more appropriate shapes of turning vanes and reasonable flow in SCR reactor were obtained in the article. More than, in order to improve the flow, the flow rectifier was added in SCR reactor. The results show that by CFD simulation can be visualized simulation results for design of the denitration reaction tower operation to provide a reference. Numerical Simulation is necessary to reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides form power plant.
