FePt-Ordered Alloy Films With (001) Orientation Fabricated With FeCoB Soft Magnetic Under Layer

FePt films with (001) preferential orientations can be prepared on a thick MgO underlayer with (100) orientation formed on FeCoB soft magnetic underlayer (SUL) with (100) orientation.
