On problem of stabilization by output feedback for linear singular systems with time delay: a new approach

In this paper, we establish a stability criterion in terms of H/sub /spl infin// norm for linear singular systems with time delay and introduce a new design approach of an output feedback stabilizing controller based on H/sub /spl infin// control for linear singular control systems with time delay.
