Sparse Volterra model based coherent optical-OFDM channel modeling and compensation

A sparse Volterra model based coherent optical OFDM channel modeling/compensation technique is presented. The proposed channel model requests much less coefficients than conventional Volterra model and can be used to design an electrical equalizer.
