Imaging of ECR Plasma by Computer Simulation

electrons can be followed simultaneously. In this paper, the three main electron populations (cold, warm, and hot) of electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) ion source plasmas are visualized in 2-D and 3-D modes. The axial view of single, double, and triple ECR plasmas were also calculated and shown.
