Resource sharing platform for faculty development based on Web2.0 applications

This paper introduces the features and characteristics of a resource sharing platform for faculty development based on Web2.0 applications. The platform uses the tremendous aggregation features of Netvibes to add various Web2.0 tools for dynamic and up-to-date search of the research resources from home and abroad, and also embedded a Moodle system for more organizing and managing more static resources and standard programs. By putting both applications' merits together this platform serves the purpose of research, teaching and training at the same time.
