Single shot nanochannel processing with femtosecond Bessel beams

Here, we report the processing of high aspect ratio nano-channels in glass with femtosecond Bessel pulses in the single shot regime. Channels aspect ratio can exceed 100 and diameters range between 200 and 800 nm.
