The analysis on the competitiveness of Shiyan automobile components based on analytical hierarchy process

In this paper, the model of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is built that is based on the indicators of geographical factor of Shiyan, current development circumstance of auto parts industry, and product competiveness of auto parts. Through the quantitative analysis for this model, the optimal solution of improving the competiveness of auto components of Shiyan is proposed. Then the proposed solution is discussed in further step as well, hopefully, this solution can bring the benefits for the development of auto components' firms in Shiyan city.
