The improvement of higher education service quality based on SERVQUAL model

Students are the object of higher education services from marketing perspective. This paper investigates the satisfaction of higher education service from students by questionnaires based SERVQUAL model, analyzes the current quality of higher education service, and gives the suggestions of improving quality of higher education service.
