Mixed filtering and intelligent control for target tracking with mobile sensors

We address the problem of tracking a moving target with a mobile camera. We discuss the whole perception-decision-action process, including the image processing and the control loop. Then we turn to the theoretical proof of the stability of our control law in closed loop with the image processing.
