K-weight based spatial autocorrelation model for on-body communication

In this paper, the spatial pattern of on-body narrowband radio propagation has been characterized by using spatial autocorrelation model. Correlograms is combined with Z score to show the spatial correlation properties and corresponding confidence level. Results demonstrated that for narrow band channel for indoor environment, measurements are repeatable, when we have slight variations in the antenna location (up to maximum of 1 or 2 neighbors) but for the chamber case, accurate location for repeatability is needed. The validity of the predicted work for both indoor and chamber cases can also be proved because of the violations of null hypothesis. Analysis does, indeed, show striking advantages of applying this new model to existing on-body radio propagation characterization methods.
