Current Sensor Dedicated for High Temperature Integrated Power Electronics

The paper describes current sensors dedicated for high temperature power electronics. Two solutions are taken into consideration as the drive system and DC/DC converter requires different parameters of current measurement system, because the current range and frequency are various in both cases. Demands for current sensors, ideas of basic system, simulation and laboratory test results are described.
