High-speed second harmonic generation holographic microscopy of biological specimens

We present three-dimensional images of biological samples acquired using nonlinear optical, holographic microscopy. The femtosecond oscillator operates at a wavelength with low sample scattering and its low average power prevents damage to the samples.
