Risk assessment of Large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums based on BOT mode

BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) is a modern project-financing pattern in the world. On the base of analysis of the venture resource and structure in BOT projects, fuzzy math and the theory of AHP are combined to set forward a fuzzy overall evaluation model, which is used in the research of venture evaluation in Large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums based on BOT mode. Furthermore, the model is applied to a practical example of case.
