Research on the Service Level of Financial Department of D University Based on Queuing Theory

As the increase in service level, there is necessary for D University to introduce advance management theory to improve service level. In this paper, the writer point out the problem of D University Financial Department, and use Queuing Theory and Pooling Theory to improve the service level of Financial Department of D University.
