Implementation of simple video clip device based on Directshow

MPEG-2 standard become a very important image compression standard, but the Nonlinear Edition of MPEG-2 IPB Standard Code For Streaming Format become a worldwide problem. A simple video clip device is proposed in this paper which is designed especially to MPEG-2 IPB Standard Code. It is implemented by DES which is a series of DirectShow-based video editing programming interfaces. VC6. 0 was used to realize the software which is reusable and expandable.
