Building the model of sustainable trust in e-government

Although e-government is broadly developed in the world, many citizens are still preferred to use traditional methods. Trust is confirmed to be a critical factor of the success of e-government. From the perspective of the establishment of citizens' sustainable trust in e-government, we construct a conceptual model of sustainable trust in e-government integrated with the updated DeLone and McLean's IS success model.
