H∞ controllers using a bilinear Y-K observer for heat exchangers with a bilinear input and a bilinear disturbance

To control the temperature of heat exchangers accurately using MWR (Method of Weighted Residuals), we must control a bilinear system with a bilinear input flow and a bilinear disturbance flow. state feedback controller combining with a bilinear observer. For the bilinear observer, we extend the Y-K observer defined to the bilinear system. The performance of the observer controller is evaluated with several simulation results and experimental results.
