A study on the development and industrialization of E-commerce in China

The appearance of Electronic commerce (E-commerce) makes new changes both in the course of economic activity and in the relation of economy, Chinese E-commerce is growing at a quick clip, but as an industry, it has many problems and gaps both in application fields and transaction scales. The paper mainly analyze the way to develop industrialized E-commerce in China and provides support to the development and Industrialization of E-commerce.
