Stable photonic RF phase shifter based on a polarization sensitive optical phase modulator

We demonstrate a stable photonic RF phase shifter based on a DGD element and a polarization sensitive optical phase modulator. The phase shift can be tuned linearly over 360° with a low electrical control voltage.
