Study of EPC Project Risk Management Based on Interrelated Tree Method

This paper expounds the basic content of Interrelated Tree Method, and builds the Interrelated Tree model of EPC project risk management; On this basis, the paper makes a risk list with the combining methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis and through the prediction and identification of the risk in the EPC project's whole process, and sets up risk assessment index system of all stages of the EPC project; By using Interrelated Tree Method, this paper analyzes and evaluates the risk in the EPC project's whole process; and this paper explores effective methods and approaches for EPC project risk management.
