Study on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Tourism Stakeholder Satisfaction Based on Entropy and G1 Theory

This paper constructs evaluation index system on tourism stakeholder satisfaction; ascertains weight of index system using the combination G1 and entropy theory. And then it constructs comprehensive evaluation model on stakeholder satisfaction based on the fuzzy mathematical theory, and studies empirical research on tourism stakeholder satisfaction in Shenyang. The result not only shows that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is suitable for the evaluation on tourism stakeholder satisfaction, but also points out the evaluation result is consistent with the reality. In Shenyang, 5 aspects of tourism stakeholder satisfaction in order are tourist, government, resident, tourism enterprise, tourism employees. Besides, the paper analyzes the result of satisfaction, finds out the problems existing in the development of tourism in Shenyang and brings forward the development strategy.
