Research on Disaster Prevention Safeguard Measures for Building Engineering of Villages and Towns

With the fast social development and the acceleration of urbanization, the project has expanded continuously and the number has increased gradually of building engineering of villages and towns, but the present relief work has not brought casualty loss under the fundamental effective control. The reasons lie in the constant emergence of the new disasters, as well as the poor quality of building engineering of villages and towns, which provided the frequent disasters and the vulnerable building engineering, and the relief work has not be completed and enhanced, the key lies in the lack of the effective measures for disaster prevention and control work that is enforced by the coercive power of state. So it is particularly important and urgent to establish and improve disaster prevention safeguard measures for building engineering of villages and towns. Aiming at the disadvantages above, this paper analyses in detail the problems with disaster prevention for building engineering of villages and towns, with the law, statutes and methods of disaster precaution for cities, this paper proposed the engineering and non-engineering disaster prevention safeguard measures for building engineering of villages and towns, in order to ensure the scientific and orderly progress of disaster prevention under the direction of the government.
