The weighting-dependent approach is adopted and delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem are presented based on the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) approach. A numerical example is provided at the end of this paper to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed method.
